How To Build Personal Learning ?
To build my personal learning network, I will take several strategic steps:
1. Identify Focus Areas: First, I will determine the fields or topics I wish to further develop. This could range from professional development to specific expertise in education.
2. Research Resources: I will look for learning resources such as books, articles, educational blogs, online courses, webinars, and relevant conferences in my focus area.
3. Join Online Communities: I will join groups or forums online related to my field of expertise. This can be through social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, or specific educational forums.
4. Network with Other Professionals: I will actively engage in these communities, exchanging ideas, and building relationships with other professionals. I will also try attending conferences and workshops to meet and network with peers.
5. Share and Contribute: I will actively contribute by sharing my own insights and experiences, as well as learning from the experiences of others.
6. Evaluate and Adapt: Periodically, I will evaluate my learning resources and network to ensure they remain relevant and beneficial.
7. Giving Impact: I will start my social media video content with education, based on what I have learned in Positive Disciplene. I will try to build by sharing videos of hands-on activities, teaching songs, short explanations about positive discipline, and funny videos that are entertaining and of course related to the concept of education that I build.
For my dear friends, I recommend you to:
- Set Your Learning Goals Determine what you want to achieve from your learning network. This will assist in finding the most relevant resources and communities.
- Leverage Technology: Use online platforms to access a variety of learning resources and networks. Webinars, online courses, and social media communities are great places to start.
- Cultivate a Proactive Attitude: Do not hesitate to ask questions, engage in discussions, and share your knowledge. Being active in the community will open up more learning opportunities.
- Network Beyond Your Current Environment Don’t limit yourself to your current environment. Networking with professionals from different backgrounds and fields can provide new perspectives and valuable learning opportunities.
- Be a Reflective Learner: Always take time to reflect on what you have learned and how you can apply it in your teaching practice.
By taking these steps, you can build a strong personal learning network that not only enhances your professional expertise but also provides support and inspiration in your teaching career.

Good work Tr. Yo.
